NEFERTITI project was represented by Leitat at the International Symposium on Green Chemistry 2025, held in La Rochelle, France, contributing to the scientific programme with an oral presentation.
During the symposium, Aina Cabrer Palomés (Leitat) gave a presentation titled:
Luminescent Solar Concentrators (LSCs) are promising tools to boost light-harvesting efficiency by using organic dyes to enhance solar energy conversion and solar fuel production. Her presentation explored the identification of green solvents and compatible polymer matrices that ensure chemical stability, durability, and high optical performance.
The International Symposium on Green Chemistry brings together researchers and industry stakeholders working at the intersection of chemistry, sustainability, and innovation. Leitat’s participation strenghtened NEFERTITI’s commitment to green chemistry principles and the development of advanced materials supporting solar energy conversion and solar fuel production.
