We are pleased to announce our productive meeting between the NEFERTITI, PhotoSINT, and Photo2Fuel project teams, in which we discussed about our shared interests and identified opportunities for cooperation.

The above-mentioned projects are working on advancing CO₂ valorization technologies, to convert CO₂ into valuable chemicals and fuels using renewable energy sources. More precisely, NEFERTITI is advancing photocatalytic reactions for the production of solar fuels such as ethanol and higher-chain alcohols from CO₂ and H₂O, and PhotoSINT is advancing artificial photosynthesis technologies for producing hydrogen and methanol. Meanwhile, Photo2Fuel utilizes microbial systems and sunlight to convert CO₂ into methane and acetic acid. Together, the projects reduce greenhouse gas emissions and create climate-neutral energy technology.

During our discussions, were highlighted several possible cooperation opportunities, including:

✔ Joint dissemination to extend outreach and awareness.

✔ Co-hosted webinar where we will introduce CO₂ application technologies and welcome stakeholders' participation.

✔ EU-wide event attendance to introduce our integrated successes in CO₂-to-fuel technology.

We are very excited about the collaboration of our projects and strongly believe that this partnership will generate innovative breakthroughs and speed up the evolution of sustainable CO₂ conversion technologies.
